TEC is pushing for manufacturers to take responsibility and government to take action, as well as working with the recyclers and the community to advance a zero waste society.

Viability of Recyclers Threatened by Rudd’s Climate Change Policies

Victoria – more to do on growing waste mountain

 

A new report on the state of waste in Victoria has found Victorians are the fifth highest generators of waste with 2 tonnes per person every year and that while recycling programs have gone well, more needs to be done. To download the report click here.
